Everything! I have stayed in many hotels recently and this is by far the best. It may look unassuming from the outside but the welcome is genuinely comforting. The location opposite the Meditterranean is a plus of course but it was the attention to details that made this my #1 choice. The air con is effieceint and quiet enough to leave on during the night. The electric shutters add blissful darkness to the cool and quiet room. The best night's sleep I have had in weeks. A large comfortable bed with enough space to walk around the bottom without walking sideaways (like many other hotels). I am lactose intolerant so the small fridge was really welcomed for non dairy items. In the bathroom there is an extendable magnifying mirror (often only found in 5 * hotels) and the piece de resistance...? The toilet roll holder is in a sensible place, opposite the loo and perfectly reachable for a short person (1.75m) So often you can practically dislocate you shoulder reaching for the loo roll somewhere behind you. Oh and the bath towel was large. Hurrah. Planning my next visit already. Also, there a good range of cafes and restaurants in the same street and a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. 3* hotel with a 5* rating from me.

Firstly, the location was very convenient, right opposite the beach, close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the station. The parking was 10 euros a day. I usually look for hotels with free parking, however, I did not mind paying because parking is very expensive generally in this area and very few hotels on the coast offer it for free. The parking was secure and on one day when i woke up early I saw the night security going to check the car park, which pleased me. Our room was very clean and although we did not opt for a balcony with a view, we could still see a slither of sea and a slither of mountain from either end. The owners were very welcoming and seemed keen to ensure we were having a good time, they were happy for us to borrow beach gear e.g. a parasol and some folding chairs to take to the beach. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Rebecca

The location is really convenient, right next to the beach, easy access to parking albeit the parking spaces are a little small, the train station (our main method of transport) was less than a 10 minute walk away, bus stops on the seafront were close. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Double, double glazing, yes two sets of double glazing help to keep noise to a minimum. A canopy over the balcony and a roller blind helped to keep the heat of the day out of our room. Most importantly all members of staff were really polite, cheerful and helpful; top marks. Would I stay there again? Yes.
