Firstly, the location was very convenient, right opposite the beach, close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the station. The parking was 10 euros a day. I usually look for hotels with free parking, however, I did not mind paying because parking is very expensive generally in this area and very few hotels on the coast offer it for free. The parking was secure and on one day when i woke up early I saw the night security going to check the car park, which pleased me. Our room was very clean and although we did not opt for a balcony with a view, we could still see a slither of sea and a slither of mountain from either end. The owners were very welcoming and seemed keen to ensure we were having a good time, they were happy for us to borrow beach gear e.g. a parasol and some folding chairs to take to the beach. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The location is really convenient, right next to the beach, easy access to parking albeit the parking spaces are a little small, the train station (our main method of transport) was less than a 10 minute walk away, bus stops on the seafront were close. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Double, double glazing, yes two sets of double glazing help to keep noise to a minimum. A canopy over the balcony and a roller blind helped to keep the heat of the day out of our room. Most importantly all members of staff were really polite, cheerful and helpful; top marks. Would I stay there again? Yes.

The hotel is located in front of the beach. The hotel is small but the room is good enough, bright and comfortable. The breakfast for EUR 12 seems a bit expensive as there is no high assortment of food BUT the coffee is good and fresh pressed orange juice is perfect, butter and croissant - what else you need! The reception guy was very welcoming, helpful and always smiling. This is the good option for visiting Nice and Cannes at one trip and have quite rest in between.

Very clean newly reburbed hotel. 3stars and worth it. Great views - shutters to block out noise at night. Very pleasant and friendly staff - great location on the beach 12 mins walk to station to access Nice on a 20 mins train ride or 15 mins the other way to Antibes or 25 to Cannes. Which we did after for 4 nights. Taking our children to visit some of the Côte d’Azur for a school Easter holiday vacation.

A really well run hotel by the young and friendly staff, clean and bright, tasteful and friendly, with a blue and white slightly beachy feel to it. The balcony overlooking the sea is definitely an asset, and breakfast at €12 is good value. The location is fantastic, and parking is at the back of the hotel. Perfect.
